Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Must be returned in original packaging.
  • Original tags and seals must be attached to product unbroken and untampered with.
  • All products being returned from a single order must be shipped all at once and not separately.
  • Have receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@delvinmccray.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Custom Orders
Orders may be cancelled if customer notifies the company, Delvin McCray, within 5 business days before first scheduled fitting. Any notification afterwards will not be accepted. Deposits and consultation fees are non refundable. In the event of a cancelled custom order that has been started, cost of materials and labor will be deducted from paid funds. By purchasing any custom designs in-store or online, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, altered products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SALES OF CUSTOMIZED GARMENTS, ALTERED GARMENTS, AND BESPOKE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE MERCHANDISE AS NON-RETURNABLE. SOME PRODUCTS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE WILL BE NOTED UNDER THE PRODUCT DETAILS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE AS NON-RETURNABLE.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOTATED AS FINAL SALE, CUSTOMIZED ORDERS, AND  BESPOKE/COUTURE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALSO NO PURCHASE IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF THE PURCHASED MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNED.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Pre-order

A pre-order is available to garments that are currently not in stock, made to order, or have a limited quantity. When placing a pre-order, you will be charged at check out. You have 5 days to contact us at support@delvinmccray.com to request a refund and cancel your order. After 5 days the order will not be eligible for cancellation. Once you have received your product, you can follow the standard return policy in order to return the merchandise.
