Shipping & returns
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
It is our top priority to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with our product you may return the UNUSED product within 20 days of the delivery date. In order to receive a full refund the product must meet the requirements stated below. Before shipping refund back to McCray Inc. please first send an email, subject line "Return" to email@example.com in order to receive a return number which should be included on the shipping label. McCray Inc. reserves the right to decline any return due to the failure of any of the requirements not being correctly satisfied. We will not accept any returns after 20 days.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOTATED AS FINAL SALE, CUSTOMIZED ORDERS, AND BESPOKE/COUTURE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALSO NO PURCHASE IS ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IF THE PURCHASED MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNED.
- Submit an email to www.delvinmccray.com, with subject line "Return" to retrieve a return number which must be included on shipping label. A return request must be sent within 20 days of delivery date. Once the request is submitted, a return label will be shipped to you.
- Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
- Must be returned in original packaging.
- Original tags and seals must be attached to product unbroken and untampered with.
- All products being returned from a single order must be shipped all at once and not separately.
If all of the above conditions are met, a full refund will be issued using the original form of payment, including sales tax, less original shipping cost ($10 for ground shipping). We will not issue a refund for any product that does not meet the above requirements. After being notified that you are not entitled to a refund, you are able to request the product to be shipped back to you, in the same condition McCray Inc. received it, within 30 days of receiving notification. If you do not respond within 30 days, you hereby authorize McCray Inc., and any of its affiliates or agents, to dispose of the product(s) as it sees fit.
SALES OF CUSTOM GARMENTS, ALTERED GARMENTS, AND BESPOKE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DESIGNATE MERCHANDISE AS NON-RETURNABLE. THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE NON-RETURNABLE WILL BE NOTED UNDER THE PRODUCT DETAILS ON THE PRODUCT PAGE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
All refunds will be processed approximately 3-7 business days after review of the returned merchandise, given that the customer is entitled to a refund. Funds will be issued back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase, in full, minus shipping or expedited shipping costs. If you made the purchase with a credit card, refunds will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies, refund may take multiple days to appear in account depending upon your banking institution. Items that are not eligible for returns will be noted on product page as NON-RETURNABLE.
A pre-order is available to garments that are currently not in stock, made to order, or have a limited quantity. When placing a pre-order, you will be charged at check out. You have 5 days to contact McCray Inc. to request a refund and cancel your order. After 5 days the order will not be eligible for cancellation. Once you have received your product, you can follow the standard return policy in order to return the merchandise.
